- **Role: Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Desk**:

- **Specialism - HR**:

- **Location: Oxford (with blended home working and office working)**:

- **Salary: £24,000 to £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience + uncapped commission)**:

- **Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week**:

- **Contract: Full Time Permanent**

**Day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Strategic business development - B2B sales calls
- Contacting and introducing yourself to Reed’s established client base of senior decision makers
