**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk, or a proven sales background. This is an excellent opportunity to own and develop a market and progress your career professionallywith the backing of a global brand, advanced technology and experienced leadership team.

The opportunity is to join a network of Life Sciences Consultants across the Oxford office and work alongside a highly experienced Director. This is a key appointment as your networking will help develop relationships across the wider team.

You won't be alone either - with the support of a global network of talented colleagues supporting you to create the career that's right for you. There is training throughout your career at Hays which will help propel your career in the direction you wantit to go, you'll have access to the best tools and system in the industry which will enable you to work efficiently and make the most of our uncapped commission

**What should I expect day to day?**

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant or sales professional, you will develop your own 360 Life Sciences desk. Your job will include:

- Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans
- Facilitate to an advanced level the end-to-end recruitment process
- Lead by example through exceptional, consistent fee performance, activity and attitude
- Consistently develop market intelligence
- Working with the leadership team on initiatives and project

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position
- Passionate about exceeded targets and reaching goals
- Commercial, innovative and ambitious
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and a strong initiative
