Are you an experienced sales professional used to networking with senior decision makers? Would you like to earn up to £40k recruiting for HR professionals across Oxfordshire?

**- Role: Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Desk
- Specialism - HR
- Location: Oxford (with blended home working and office working)
- Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 OTE per annum (dependent on experience + including uncapped commission)
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week
- Contract: Full Time Permanent**

We ask questions, we innovate, and we react with speed. You will join an already well-established HR specialism working alongside a Senior Recruiter with a strong client base.

**Day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Strategic business development - B2B sales calls
- Contacting and introducing yourself to Reed’s established client base of senior decision makers

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, resilience, and dedication to succeed
- Professional yet personable
- Ability to judge & prioritise multiple demands whilst delivering fast-paced service excellence
