Are you highly organised and detail-oriented? Our client is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team in Chepstow.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Preparation and proof-reading reports and proposals etc.
- Assisting Operations Co-Ordinator with logistics of project personnel
- Recording and maintenance of equipment and documentation such as CVs, qualification certificates etc. and creating personnel files.
- Travel arrangements for contractors and staff i.e. hotels, flights etc. Collation of various travel forms and procedures for various projects in liaison with the Ops PM
- Update staff schedules and projects info and prepare contract templates for review by Project Managers.
- Health and safety office admin for the Team. Complete H&S audits for RPS and office provider (if required)
- Administrative support to projects as required - including but not limited to: Archiving of closed projects / files Tracking all mail in / out; arranging courier collections / deliveries; stationery supplies; filing documents; updating training registers; Scanning of relevant documents; Maintenance of office supplies such as milk, coffee etc

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Planning and organisational abilities, able to prioritise workload accordingly
- An understanding of project administration is essential
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Maths and English or equivalent)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
