The Role:
Accounts Payable:
- Process supplier invoices.
- Ensure timely payment to creditors.
- Respond promptly to supplier queries.
- Issue credits when necessary.
- Provide remittance advice.
Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and issue invoices to customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Issue credits as needed.
- Send customer statements.
Banking:
- Perform bank, petty cash, and general reconciliations.
- Record cash and bank receipts accurately.
Admin:
- Complete supplier questionnaires and maintain filing.
- Complete customer questionnaires and organise documentation.
- Keep General Ledgers (G/Ls) accurate and well-organised.
About you:
- Proven experience in a financial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
