**Salary**:Up to £25,000 pa
Location:Hertford
Contract: Permanent, Monday - Friday (9:00 - 5:00pm, 30 mins lunch)

They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who will be responsiblefor supporting their Account Managers with administrative tasks.

SKILLS
- Competent with Microsoft Packages
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Has strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Enthusiastic and friendly
- Good communication skillsRESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to inbound calls and making outbound calls to book meetings and events
- Support the Account Managers with admin tasks
- Providing quotes to clients / suppliers
- Contact suppliers for pricing & availability of equipment
- Chase outstanding quotations and renewals.
- Run the weekly & monthly sales reports
