**About the role**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager in executing and enhancing our UCAS Paid Media strategy. The role will involve assisting in the implementation of growth-focused strategies, monitoring campaign performance, providing optimization insights, and taking ownership of vital client deliveries within our organization. As a pivotal member of the team, the role acts as a technical advocate for our product, working in synergy with the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the implementation of UCAS Paid Media strategy and initiatives.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in diversifying and maturing the Paid Media products by paying close attention to audiences, optimisation and campaign tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and provide strategic recommendations to optimise campaigns for enhanced outcomes.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to share knowledge and upskill colleagues.
- Take ownership of key client deliveries, ensuring their successful execution and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on KPI targets including CTR, CPC, CPL and conversion rates.
- Harness existing reporting to analyse campaign results and provide actionable insight.
- Technically sound, ensuring accurate tagging and pixel management across

**Skills, qualifications, and experience**:

- Extensive experience in Paid Advertising. Additional Digital Marketing experience is favorable.
- Well versed in managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
- Strong analytical skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Track record of delivery in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent data analysis, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail in documentation and communication.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet variable deadlines.
