Handling enquiries from tenants and visitors
- Overseeing access to the site and building for tenants and visitors.
- Ensuring the safe opening of the building.
- Liaise with potential tenants to set up viewings.
- Dealing with deliveries
- Providing refreshments and hospitality for meetings.
- Liaising with Head Office on any maintenance issues, organising maintenance contractors.
- Carrying out requests for Head Office when required
- To liaise with contractors.
- Daily checks around the building.

Your hours will be two 8 hour shifts per week, 8.30am - 17.00pm.
- Receptionist / administrative experience
- Excellent verbal Communication - Telephone/ switchboard skills
- Friendly and polite, with excellent listening skills.
- Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.
- Well organised, able to prioritise work loads
- Experience of Microsoft Office, mainly Word and Excel
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- The ability to deal with situation, these may be sometimes challenging.
- Excellent Customer service skills
