Monday - Friday Role including flexible working

We all know that a good HR Advisor is the pillar for the whole HR function. You’ll be supporting the HR team with a wide range of administrative and advisory responsibilities ranging from putting together TUPE reports, preparing reports and presentations, reviews and disciplinaries, maintaining employee records, participating in HR enquiries /investigations and anything in-between This is a busy role where priorities will change quickly and you’ll be juggling a high workload ensuring that deadlines are still met.

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:
Act as the HR focal point for projects e.g. TUPE, restructuring etc

Delivering accurate management information to shape business decisions, focusing on key metrics including recruitment, attrition, employee relations, absence etc and support people activities thereafter

Support the continual improvement of people policies and procedures

**Key Requirements are**:
Experience in a HR Generalist role ideally in a similar environment

Employee Relations case management experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to present self-confidently and professionally

Good attention to detail

Able and willing to challenge situations in line with HR best practice

Able to create presentations and reports to represent to senior leadership team

Hands-on team player who likes to get involved in the detail and follow through to completion

Good organisational skills

Ability to work on own initiative

Ability to manage deadlines and deliverable
