Swindon, United Kingdom National Trust Full time

The Trust cares for an internationally significant collection of over 1 million items across 300+ properties located across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Our Collections Management System (CMS) holds the inventory of the National Trust’s collection, the system helps us understand our collection, its condition and significance, and to prioritise conservation activities. Our records tell the story of our collections and how we look after them for ever, for everyone.

We are embarking on a project to transform how information about our collection is acquired, stored, managed and used; and as part of this project, a new Collections Management System (CMS) will be implemented.

We’re looking for a Product Trainer to deliver high quality training for our current CMS, ensuring the best experience for Users, using a blended training approach.

Currently we provide training resources, such as videos, for self-led learning, Webex courses and drop-in sessions. It’ll be required that this is expanded and developed alongside other training delivery methods.

You’ll be an excellent team member. Sharing knowledge and information to create a great place to work.
