**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently install communication cables using state-of-the-art aerial techniques.
- Operate MEWPs with precision and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with our talented team for seamless cable installation.
- Ensure a secure work environment by embracing our safety-first approach.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate documentation and reports of completed work.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a valid MEWP ticket, a must-have for this role.
- Previous experience in aerial cable installation or related field preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
