**The Client**
Our client are a National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS) accredited Independent Connection Provider (ICP) offering a comprehensive and professional service from a team of in-house specialists with a wealth of industry experience totalling over 115 years.
Their expertise includes the design, construction, installation, connection, commissioning, repair and maintenance of all underground cables, overhead lines, and electrical infrastructure from LV to 11kV.
They are looking to add a Cable Jointer or a multi-talented Electrical Engineer with a knack for high-voltage and low-voltage systems to their team.
**The Role**
As a Cable Jointer you will:
- Utilise your electrical and mechanical skills to construct, install, and maintain high-voltage and low-voltage electrical cables, switchgear, and substations.
- Adhere to stringent Health and Safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace.
- Enhance the brand's reputation through professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Conduct substation inspections and complete accurate test reports within a week.
- Perform LV and HV cable installation, jointing, and terminations, in line with our quality standards.
**The Person**
- Hands-on experience with Low Voltage and High Voltage electrical systems.
- Proven skills in high-voltage jointing and fitting.
- City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- A full, valid UK driving licence (B + E categories).
- ENW LV/HV Authorised
