**Person Specifications**:
We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing administrator to help drive our company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing & sales strategies, marching client orders with our agency staff, developing working plans and implementing them, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales target reports.

To ensure success as a sales and marketing administrator, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, attention to details and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and implementing marketing and sales plans for our services.
- Opening new markets and pushing sales to achieve targets.
- Monitoring client orders.
- Assigning appropriate agency workers to match client requirements.
- Entering these assignments into our electronic system.
- Coordinating with other office staff and managing any staff who could be assisting you in any part of your role.
- Answering client queries and maintaining relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets targets.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications in marketing, business, or related field.
- At least one year of proven work experience in sales/marketing and office administration work.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- Client relationships, organization, planning and people management skills.
- A passion for sales.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Good data entry and management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work well without supervision.
