**The Demi Sports Bar**

We are a local sports bar located in the town center. We are open 7 days a week, have a large main bar area, also a function room and fast food style offering from our kitchen.

**Consett Rugby Club**

This venue has 2 bars, function room, players lounge, Seasonal Marquee, 2 Rugby Pitches. Our rugby season runs from September to April every year, May to September when the rugby season ends this venue is used for festivals, weddings and functions.

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our Management team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers and staff.
- Responsibilities:_
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve beverages to customers and ensure team standards
- Ordering wet stock, gas, consumables and food products, processing deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, cellar and outside areas
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Handle till transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Assisting to manage our bookings for functions and events
- Supervising, supporting and leading our current team
- Administration duties
- Experience:_
- Previous experience working in a or bar environment is essential
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus -Basic Kitchen skills an advantage. We do cook and feed the rugby teams on match days at the rugby club
- Previous experience taking and managing bookings essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes difficult environments
- Knowledge of Licencing Objectives an advantage

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 2 years (required)
- Bar management: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Personal Licence (preferred)
