**Job Title**: Residential Childcare Assessor / Trainer
**Location**: Home/Field based covering the East of England (Essex, Norwich, Suffolk)
**Salary**:up to £32,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience)
**Package**: Excellent Benefits Package, Bonus, Pension, Expenses + much more
**Type**: Full Time, Permanent
**Essential Criteria**:
- Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA **OR** Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
- Ideally have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare ideally up to Level 5
- Hold a minimum of 2 years’ occupational competency at Management level within a Residential Childcare setting.
- Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
**Duties include**:
- Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
- Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
