Weighbridge Operator

We are looking for an experience Weighbridge Operator to join our team in the Kirby area.

The role:

- Direct traffic coming onto site and operate weighbridge accurately.
- Dispatch of outgoing finished goods & materials and process delivery notes and tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Accurately record weights & waste type by vehicle, completing appropriate documentation and collect driver signatures and input information onto various weighbridge systems.
- Ensuring all vehicles entering our site are familiar with the site rules.
- Ensure drivers / vehicles entering our site are certified and equipped to do so and are aware of company rules and H&S policies.
- Ensure that vehicles have the necessary paperwork for forward movements in the site.
- To provide support for activities within Logistics team across the our clients sites
- Reporting and recording any anomalies/errors to the weighbridge system to the appropriate people immediately.
- Work closely with supply chain administrator to ensure receipt material are processed regularly and accurately.
- Assist with general administrative duties and customer service, answering the main line telephone and directing calls as appropriate.
- The above list is not exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected.

The working hours for this role are still to be confirmed but the below are the total hours each day.

Monday to Thursday 8 hours

Friday 6 hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
