**Main Objective**: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and telephone calls for the business, ensuring exceptional customer service through efficient management of reservations and addressing guest inquiries.
**Working Hours**: Full-time hours; flexibility required as evening and weekend shifts are required with some bank holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work within our reception team as a welcoming face of the company, ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated.
- Manage incoming calls for various departments, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Build a knowledge of our accommodation and assist guests with holiday reservation bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle general administrative tasks pertinent to other departments and park operations as required.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a professional and amiable demeanour.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, working with multiple departments.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in IT; experience with booking systems is a plus (full training will be provided).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods.
- Availability to work during weekends and evenings.
