Are you a Purchasing Administrator looking to develop your skills?

We have an exciting opportunity available for a forward-thinking Purchasing Administrator to join our small but lively Purchasing team on a full-time permanent basis, based in our Head Office in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

We are currently offering a salary between £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience, with real opportunities to grow and develop within the role. This is a true administrative role where you will be performing various administrative duties including data entry and file management tasks in Microsoft Excel, but don’t worryYou will have the opportunity to utilise your analytical and problem-solvingabilities when supporting our Buyers with root cause analysis

Your typical day can include:

- Placement of Purchase Orders and liaison with suppliers to ensure orders are confirmed accurately, manufactured & despatched on time
- Onboarding and de-listing of new product
- Managing all supplier contact documentation & central supply agreements
- Preparing department purchasing and product analysis reports
- Preparing department purchasing and product analysis and reports
- Processing goods received paperwork
- Collating stock count figures and inputting counts data into master files
