Cavaghan & Gray, part of 2 Sisters Food Group are actively seeking to recruit a competent individual for the role of **General Labourer** to join our team based in Carlisle.

This role is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking for a role focused on growth and development in Maintenance and Engineering Department.

As a **General Labourer** you will operate hand and power tools, identifying and ordering most appropriate products to resolve issues. You will be recording defects during routine inspections and cooperate with any reasonable requests. You will report to your **Maintenance Manager.**
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Familiar with hand and power tools
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willing to learn new skill
- IT Literate
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on continuous business improvement
- Excellent communication skills via all medium
- Good working ethics and positive attitude
- Awareness of safe working practices for the safety of themselves and others on site

**Shift Pattern and working hours**:

- Monday - Friday 7am-15:30
