At our residential home in Chesterfield, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. Based in the town of Chesterfield, our home provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals. As a support worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life and promoting their well-being.

We are currently looking for a support workers to work night shifts, with the opportunity to pick up more shifts at any of our company sites.

What we’d like from you:

- Previous experience in a similar role or a genuine interest in mental health care.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work day shifts and accommodate the needs of our service.
- Reliable & trustworthy
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of mental health conditions and an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude
- Quality orientation
