A leading private clinic based in Central London are looking to recruit a 'Head of Physiotherapy.

The role is paying £40-45K, dependent on experience, and is on a permanent contract.

This is a full-time contract at 42.5 hours per week.

You MUST have previous experience managing a team of physiotherapists

**Responsibilities -**
- Acting Head of Performance for London based Football Club.
- Recruit and manage a team of physiotherapists,personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, nutritionists etc.
- Encourage training and development of staff members within the department. Oversee probation reviews and appraisals for the Physio team.
- Provide overview of clinical management of Physio service users and act as the escalation contact for complex cases.
- Create service user pathways with the physio and fitness teams to ensure goal orientated rehabilitation and fitness outcomes are achieved.
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings with members of the medical team, from imaging,nutrition, cardiac, and GP departments.
- Take part in clinical governance meetings and exercises.
- Take responsibility for the compliance of the physio department with CQC standards.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to promote the physio department to attract clients and build service user lists.
- Assist in the organisation and in networking and educational events to promote the physio department.

**Skills/qualifications/experience Required -**
- Physiotherapy Degree
- experience managing a team of physiotherapists, personal trainers etc
