**Head of Physiotherapy**

**Location:

- London**

**Salary:

£70,000 - £80,000+ DOE**

**The role**
- Leading the Physiotherapy team in the day to day and influencing the future, in line with the growth strategy.
- Contribute to strategy by building out an MSK framework and customer journey mapping
- Identify what products and services should be offering and how they should be delivered to ensure that they remain relevant and best in class
- Identify the opportunities for healthcare/MSK delivery through technology /digital delivery and face to face
- Succession planning across the team
- Accountability for the Physio & Massage P&L
- Targets, budget setting and utilization
- Patient Journey oversight and development
- Recruitment and talent pipeline planning with HR team
- Oversight of the Clinics (from an MSK delivery perspective) and line manage the Clinics Leads
- Provide commercially driven schedules for the Physio & Massage department
- Compliance & Risk mitigation
- Provide strong leadership across the business for the Physio team - demonstrate best practice via own performance and ability to mentor
- Liaise and manage relationships with medical professionals
- Facilitate relationships between the Physio team and consultants by making introductions or recommendations

**What you’ll need**:

- Undergraduate Physiotherapy degree
- MBA or Business management/leadership qualification or similar postgraduate qualifications desired
- HCPC and CSP registered
- 5 years’ experience in lead role as a Physiotherapist Lead/Manager in London
- Ability to mentor and education a team
- Good networker, with a wide range of contacts throughout the industry and London Orthopaedic network
- Excellent skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions
