**Business Administration Apprentice - Technical and Business Development**
UCML is looking to recruit one Business Administration Apprentice within the Technical (Utilities) team and one within the Business Development (Sales) Team. Admin duties will vary slightly between the two departments but the below Job Duties outlines the general administrative duties expected to be carried out. Specific duties for each department will be discussed at interview stage.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has completed their A-Level studies and wants to continue gaining qualifications "on the job" whilst being paid a regular salary.
**Business Admin Apprentice Job Purpose**:
To provide administrative support to the wider Technical Team/Business Development Team with individual projects whilst also carrying out general office services such as implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies.
**Business Admin Apprentice Job Duties**:
- First to answer telephone calls
- Greeting Visitors when necessary
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Carry out filing (electronic and manual)
- Carry out Archiving (electronic and manual)
- Provide general administration support to the wider teams on an ad-hoc basis
- Set up new Job Files and obtain requested Infrastructure plans
- Undertake training appropriate to your role, including work towards the academic elements of the role, as and when required
