Mortgage Administrator

Job Profile:
**Mortgage Administrator - Wrexham LL12 - Part Time 15 - 20 hours**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a Part Time **Mortgage Administrator **to join a well established partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm are a small mortgage and protection brokerage based in Wrexham LL12.

We are ideally looking for a minimum 2 years administration experience in Financial Services ideally. We will also consider applicants with Admin experience within financial services / Estate Agency but not necessarily in mortgage broking.

Competitive base salary of between **£22,500 - £25,000 DOE and is negotiable dependent on experience. These monies are the FTE - Full Time Equivalent.**

**We are looking for cover for between 15 and 20 hours per week**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 2 years administration experience ideally in a Mortgage linked business.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
