We have an immediate opportunity for **"Interim HR Procurement Manager "** with our client.

**Job Role**:Interim HR Procurement Manager**
Job Duration**: 12 Months of Contract**
Job Location**:Osterley/London 2-3 days onsite per week

**CORE ACTIVITIES**
- Support Group wide workstreams to optimize HR related 3rd party spend across UK&I, ITA and DACH
- Support all sourcing events across the HR Group function, with focus on transformational projects in recruitment (including RPO selection process) and learning & development (including LMS roll-out)
- Lead on sub-categories within the HR Group category strategy
- Manage source to contract process for services in this area
- Lead on negotiations with new and incumbent vendors
- Analyse 3rd party spend of unaddressed areas, identify saving opportunities, and develop sourcing strategies to address - e.g., company car fleet, HR operations, rewards & benefits
- Support development and implementation of structured stakeholder management and supplier relationship management (e.g., balanced scorecards, review mechanism)
- work closely with Procurement and business colleagues across the wider Group, including teams in Italy, Germany, and the US

**What YOU’LL bringS**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS)
- Experience of working in a global / pan-European function, being able to manage varying demands and needs within a single project

**Industry / Procurement Experience**
- Proven Procurement experience in Corporate & Business Services Procurement, ideally within HR categories

- Display enthusiasm and self-motivation to overcome obstacles and demonstrate a positive approach in the face of difficulty whilst encouraging the same approach in others
- Long-term strategic vision / understanding to help balance immediate requirements against longer-term needs
