Warehouse Administrator

Shift pattern - week 1: 06:00-14:30 (Monday - Friday) and week 2: 14:00-23:00 (Monday-Thursday) and 14:00-20:30 (Friday).

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse facility. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure orders are created, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all order requirements are met.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures, including hygiene practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Comply with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and best practices.
- Liaise effectively with the customer service team to meet deadlines and provide updates on order statuses.
- Coordinate the booking of carriers and ensure timely collections, facilitating communication between departments and external carriers.
- Facilitate the movement of stock between sites, maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper stock replenishment in pick bins.
- Perform general office administration duties, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining filing systems.
- Demonstrate flexibility by providing assistance and coverage across all areas of warehouse administration as required.
- Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, actively seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Administrator, Logistics Administrator, Transport Administrator, or similar role is advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills, including excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and general computer literacy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, capable of setting up and preparing working areas efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards of performance and adherence to company policies.
- Ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern of week 1: 06:00-14:30 and week 2: 14:00-23:00 (Monday-Thursday) and 14:00-20:30 (Friday).
