**Property Finance Paralegal - Winchester - £22,000 - £26,000**
Our client is a well-established and modern Hampshire based law firm.They service both business and private client areas of law.
The firm are seeking a Paralegal for their Property Finance Department,
- preparing the relevant security and ancillary documents from templates
- reviewing valuation reports
- a basic review of title and transactional documents, identifying issues and taking the necessary steps to resolve them
- liaising with both the client and the borrower’s solicitors to achieve completion of the security
- dealing with the receipt and despatch of funds to complete the finance

Previous Paralegal experience is advantageous, but not essential.
The firm have an excellent reputation in the region and are renowned for their high level of service to their clients.
