**About the role**
We are looking for an experienced, capable, dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team. This is a role for someone with billing and finance experience, who has a keen eye for detail and work independently.
This role will involve:
- Responsibility for the Billing function
- Reconciling customer contracts/orders with invoicing and liaising with client managers to ensure invoices are amended if required and correct prior to sending out.
- Understanding the products and services we provide in order to ensure billing is sent in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaising with the account management team for information where needed for confirmation of services customers are using and respond to their invoicing queries to ensure an agreed position is sent to them.
- Able to use and maintain accurate records on Xero (specific training can be given) including invoice to bank reconciliation.
- Weekly reporting and answering ad-hoc finance queries internally and externally.
**About You**
Ideally you will have an analytical background, be tenacious and have an eye for detail. You'll be highly numerate, and well organised. You'll be a confident communicator, happy to speak to clients and account departments regarding outstanding invoices or issues. Ideally you'll have good Microsoft Excel experience and skills, be keen to learn, and not afraid to challenge things. Experience in using Xero as a billing software would be advantageous.
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
