**General Office Administration**
- Answering the telephone in a courteous and timely manner, dealing with enquiries.
- Ensure that all visitors are greeted in a pleasant, courteous and efficient manner and provide refreshments as and when required.
- Administration support for the contract/office Team/transport department.

**We are looking for -**
- Someone with a positive, can do attitude and good communication skills.
- A person who takes great pride in the quality of their work; with considerable attention to detail.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience in a busy admin role.
- A minimum of GCSE in English and Maths
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and strong skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.

**Hours of Work**:
Thursday and Friday 8.30AM - 5PM

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
