HR Generalist / Policy HR Generalist with Policy experience needed, Harlow, £32,000 -£35,000 FTE
**Your new company**
A public sector organisation based in Harlow, is looking to hire a HR Generalist to join their Human Resources team on either a full time or part time basis. This is permanent but can offer a shorter term if you are someone who is looking for a project as themain requirement is for the policies to be reviewed and rewritten.
**Your new role**
As part of the HR team your role will be to draft, review and update the company's suits of policies. You will also be expected to provide support, advice, and guidance on employee related cases like Job evaluation, monitor and implement processes to improveadhoc sick cases etc. while also proactively influencing and supporting services to improve change management.
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Experience with compliance legislation and policy writing and knowledge of UK workplace law and regulation is a must.
- Minimum CIPD level 5
- Experience dealing with high levels of casework, updating policies and change/restructure
- Experience working in public sector, Local Government would be desirable
- Proven track record in policy writing is essential.
- Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills is essential.
