**About the role**

**The Longstock Water Garden covers around six acres and was originally created by the Beddington family during the early 1900s. The water garden became part of the estate in 1942 and since then has been nurtured and developed to become one of the finest water gardens..**

**As a Water Gardens Tour guide you will greet visitors and provide a positive, enjoyable customer experience upholding the Partnerships high customer service levels.**

**When interacting with visitors you’ll be a confident source of knowledge, communicating clearly, sharing interesting accurate information in presentations or conversations, and responding to questions.**

**You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers are safe & comfortable during the tour and that the tours are punctual and the tour administration is completed.**

**Essential skills you’ll need**
- ** Good customer service skills**
- ** Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions**
- ** Confident verbal communication skills**
- ** Access to own transport**
