The ICB Single Point of Contact will typically operation Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, however, the postholder will need to be flexible to cover a working pattern of 8am -8pm, 7 days per week during escalation or incidents.

Flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are crucial attributes to succeed in this role. In return we can offer opportunities to be involved within the wider EPRR work programme.

This is a full time post based at Bridge House in Sleaford combined with days working at home.

The post holder will work as a member of the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board Single Point of Contact (SPOC) The post holder will:
Support the day-to-day operational function of the SPOC providing data analysis and administrative support. This will include direct communication and liaison with providers and the Midlands Regional Operating Centre to collect, collate and return data requests to NHS England/DHSC on behalf of the system

Work with the Deputy Director for Service Delivery to ensure that the SPOC has robust systems in place to suport the delivery of an efficient and fit for purpose SPOC across the ICB.

Work in a proactive and supportive manner with the ICS and external systems.

Provide administrative support for the ICB EPRR PRogramme Team.

NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is a new statutory organisation bringing the NHS together locally to improve population health and establish shared strategic priorities within the NHS.

The ICB is part of a wider Lincolnshire Integrated Care System which has four key objectives:
1. Improve outcomes in population health and healthcare.
2. Tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience and access.
3. Enhance productivity and value for money.
4. Help the NHS support broader social and economic development.

By working together with the ICB, the wider system will deliver its agreed vision of 'Better Lives for the people of Lincolnshire'. Lincolnshire ICB will use its resources and powers to achieve demonstrable progress on these aims, collaborating to tackle complex challenges including
- Improving the health of children & young people.
- Supporting people to stay well and independent.
- Acting sooner to help those with preventable conditions.
- Supporting those with long-term conditions or mental health issues.
- Caring for those with mujltiple needs as populations age.
- Getting the best from collective resources so people get care as quickly as possible.
- Support the systems response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, this includes all stages of the incident including Response, Restoration, Recovery and Reset.
- Communicate directly with the Midlands Regional Operations Centre and partners across the Lincolnshire system, through the cascade of information, collection and collation of system information and data returns to NHSE or DHSC as required.
- To undertake specific tasks as required to support day to day running of the SPOC.
- To develop a working knowledge and understanding of the SPOC and how we link in with ICS and wider systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Programme Lead for Urgent Care and Lead EEPR Officer.
- Working alongside the urgent care team command and control structure, EPRR Officer and work stream Leads to update and communicate plans.
- To develop strong relationships with key partners, representing the SPOC team in order to ensure delivery of key objectives as set out by NHSE.
- To ensure strong engagement with key stakeholders across Lincolnshire
- Manage and respond to unplanned requests from MIDS-ROC, NHSE
- Keep managers aware of the status of late submissions of reports and chase relevant colleagues for updates.
- Analyse daily reports and escalate to the Deputy Director for System Delivery any issues.
- Contributes to the design and development of the SPOC.
- Improves administrative work area procedures and streamlines systems at all times
- Whilst the post holder may not have direct responsibility for the management of staff they will need to support staff at all levels to manage their resources, to ensure the SPOC delivers to the proposed battle rhythm.
- Work with system communications and engagement leads with any correspondence from MIDS-ROC/NHSE
