My client based in Gloucester just off the M5 are looking for a Service Coordinator to join the ever growing team. With plenty of opportunity for growth and a chance to join an established company this is a fantastic opportunity. Working Monday to Friday09:00 - 17:00pm with a salary of £22,000 - £26,000 this is a brilliant position for someone wanting to develop and grow within their Coordinatior career. If you're highly organised or have had experience scheduling engineers this would be a fantastic posiitonfor you.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator:

- Deploying engineer diaries and notifying customers of visits
- Booking in training/ meetings/ project days/ sickness for engineers
- Setting up new and renewing customers contracts
- Assisting service manager with customer reports and resource planning.
- Answering telephone - assisting customers/engineers with enquiries

Skills and Attributes of a Service Coordinator:

- Highly motivated and organised.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Microsoft literate - Outlook, work, excel etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Able to follow a process.
