One Health Lewisham is continuing to grow and we're looking for a bright Receptionist who is ready for a new challenge. You will be joining our expanding team to support one or more of our services. You will receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Using your previous experience gained in healthcare settings, you will be responsible for the smooth management of the reception area ensuring that all patients are welcomed, registered and receive excellent customer service. You will receive on-the-job training to support your continued development, which will give you the chance to develop your skills and take advantage of progression opportunities within the organisation.

We are a fast-growing organisation, providing a range of services which are fully integrated into primary care. We deliver specialist support to some of the most complex patients in the system through our Special Allocation Service contract across all boroughs in South-East London and North East London ICSs. We also provide a range of services across Lewisham including:
- Urgent Care Centre at Lewisham Hospital;
- NHS Health Checks Programme;
- Home Visiting Service, led by our experienced team of paramedics;
- Enhanced Care Home Service;
- Community Respiratory Services, supporting the delivery of services closer to patients homes.
**Job summary**:
The GP receptionist will manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling enquiries, and booking home visits. Responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate patient records and contributing to efficient office functioning. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering excellent customer service and supporting the overall effectiveness of the medical office.
**Hours of work**:Monday to Friday, 1pm - 6:30pm. 27.5 hours per week.
