As our Transformation Projects Manager, you will provide governance and deliverables to ensure we lead the way in sustainability, leading the way in our market. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, your main focus will be the deliveryof net zero strategies across our business.
**As our Transformation Projects Manager, you will initially support with two key projects focused around reducing waste (plastic and packaging) and improving product quality. You will also support with identification and scope of project opportunities,driving future benefits internally and externally. A completer-finisher, you will work closely with our factories and report directly to our Technical and Strategic Projects Director.**
**In order to be successful, we would like you to have the following skills/experience**:
Knowledge of industrial processes and project management with the ability to collate and interpret data
Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and advise colleagues at all levels in the organisation
Knowledge and passion for sustainable innovation with the ability to lead change positively
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
**Experience of working within a manufacturing environment is desirable, as is previous involvement with projects relating to design change and packaging reduction with mínimal impact on safety and quality of product.**
