**Responsibilities**:
No two days will be the same. The company is fast paced and chaotic at times with an energetic, collaborative feel.

Main responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Screening calls and logging messages, ensuring they are passed on to the appropriate people
- Calendar and schedule management including day to day organisation of priorities for the Company Directors
- Be the first point of contact for suppliers and clients attempting to reach the Company Directors
- Organise and prepare for meetings
- Document preparation, general office filing and organisation
- Assist the company directors in day-to-day operations including; attending meetings and collaborating ideas, sharing company memos when requested, updating files, assisting with audits, document reviews, monthly report creation, liaising with suppliers and clients, liaising with company personnel, fleet management as well as improving and maintaining organisation systems within the office
- Assisting with HR Duties such as; review new hire CVs and respond, schedule interviews, complete appropriate HR paperwork, accurate and secure filing, scheduling appraisals
- Ad-hoc driving duties such as collecting orders and delivering items to worksites
- Keep the workspace clean and tidy to optimise work efficiency
- Help keep track of the company efficiency and support the Directors in ensuring work is completed safely, correctly and to a high standard
- Be financially conscious
- Assist with travel bookings for the Directors and some of the team where necessary
- Attend events with the Company Director/s when required
- Assist with the mechanical engineering company operations as well as the subsidiary companies established or in the pipeline
- **Be an irreplaceable support to the Company Directors - an extra pair of hands, an extension of management**
- Excellent communication skills

- Confident and self-assured

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, able to learn new systems quickly and to a high standard

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar administrative role
- Excellent time management

- Be company focused and committed to their work

Benefits and Salary:
**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, some remote work if required. Office is based in ME1 3XU.
