ROLE
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory and supply chain management accordingly to company guidelines at Byfleet and 3PL warehouses
- Perform critical inventory tasks including releasing and processing Internal requisitions, 3PL receipting, 3PL sub-inventory moves and approved/requested manual stock adjustments
- Review, troubleshoot and manually interface all open sales orders listed on the Daily report for all 3PL sites, actions include but not limited to; Manual adjustments/movements due to Integration or EDI failure. Raise and track IT tickets for any system related issues that may arise then action any supplied data fixes and UAT required to close. Write and action test scripts for UAT and follow the process for implementation into the production environment. Report daily progress to customer services and key stakeholders whilst tracking issues to highlight trends, If any trends explore fixes / automations via BRS.
- Run expired stock reports and liaise with business divisions and 3pls to approve destructions in a timely manner
- Liaise with Clinigen and 3PL warehouses to ensure approved destructions are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfer, cycle counts and stock takes
- Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantities discrepancies between stock and records
- Respond to inquiries internally and externally in a timely manner
- Perform user acceptance testing and validation where applicable for new system updates.
- Nurture positive relationships with business functions, 3PL warehouse contacts and provide customer service as needed
- Provide support to the warehouse Goods In and Outbound teams with processing orders during busy periods when required

- Experience of operating in a similar role is essential
- Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions
- Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels
- Experience working in pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry advantageous
- English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent)
- Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software and working with WMS essential with core understanding of system transactions and processes
