**Position**:
BCHA has an opportunity in our Homelessness accomodation service in Plymouth; In this role you will develop** **customer led support using person centred and psychologically informed approaches by providing information, advice and support for adults who are or at risk of homelessness

The team consistently use a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to reach the customer in a way that facilitates a better understanding of the person and how to most effectively support them.

You will guide the team to build trusting relationships with customers who find themselves in a vulnerable situation to manage risk, engage in recovery and work towards a sustainable pathway for the future.

**Requirements**:
