**About Us**

**About the Role**
- We now have an opportunity for a part time Research Support Administrator to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract, ideally 15-20 hours per week across 3 - 5 days. This role assists with the management and administration of Research Support's activities across Diamond.
- Duties will include:

- Keeping the Research Support document repositories up to date
- Monitoring and maintaining internal and external Research Support web areas.
- Preparing briefing notes for grants and other research support activities, setting out key terms and any risks or issues in a timely manner.

**About You**
- You will have:

- Significant experience in organising and managing the administration of teams which work cross-organisationally.
- Experience in a similar role and/or significant previous experience that includes broad and demonstrable experience of administration.
- Advanced experience in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and electronic filing systems for tracking and managing work and workflows across multiple teams.
- A practical understanding, or demonstrable ability to learn and master Microsoft programmes including Sharepoint, Forms and Docusign.
