**Job brief**
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator for Immediate to join our company and act as a point of contact between the Client and us (agency).
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organization skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ultimately, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and route phone calls appropriately
- Maintain physical and digital employee records
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems
- Support Daily Check ins.
- Work in a fast paced environment.
- Be Adaptable / reliable
- Approachable person
- Problem solving
- Add data on the excel sheets
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administratoror similar role
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual
- Should be able to travel to Heathrow.
**Shift Details**
Shift start between 5:45am - 6:00am
Rota System
Pay £12 p/h
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
