**Payroll Administrator**
**Hybrid - Solihull Based**
**Full Time, Permanent**
**Up to £24,000 Salary**
Here at Serco, we are seeking a Payroll Administrator to provide general administrative support to our Payroll team.
- Running of reports to be able to reconcile the weekly payroll
- Completing checks to ensure Payroll is correct
- Approve the weekly payroll or raise queries with outsourced payroll provider as necessary
- Manage off system transactions including advances, bacs rejects, and Overpayments
- Resolve data queries and process monthly P46 (car data)
- Produce and distribute the annual P11D
- Resolve all P11D Taxable Benefit queries
- Ensure documentation is maintained
- Support the wider Payroll Control and Compliance Team with their objectives and assist with ongoing project and process improvement initiatives

**What you’ll need to do the role: *
- Good communicator both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office Skills to include; Word, Excel, Power Point and Zoom
- Comfortable with learning about new IT systems
- Good people skills, team worker, adaptable, quick to learn
- Enjoys working within a busy team environment
- Five GCSEs Grades A to C including Maths and English (or acceptable equivalent).
