**Position Summary**:
The Customer Relations Representative (CRR) is responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships through outbound calls to prospective customers and inbound calls from current customers. The CRR will work with the Account Manager to identify needs, understand potential customers’ needs, determine which opportunities best suit their business needs, and establish sustainable relationships with prospective customers.

**Essential Functions**:

- Develop strong working relationships with current customers to ensure timely delivery of credit card payments, cash advances, refunds, etc.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within the company by successfully driving new accounts acquisition.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in current customer relations by successfully understanding customer needs and providing outstanding customer service.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure superior customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate data entry records within company system(s).
- Follow up on closed accounts and provide excellent customer service to current customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Education & Experience**:

- High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening preferred.

**Salary**: £23,191.00-£24,589.00 per year
