We are working with an excellent business based in Crawley who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a Permanent basis.
This role will be sitting within an experienced Payroll department, ensuring the smooth running of the payroll for the business. You will be working within a talented and supporting team of payroll professionals.
Key duties will include:
- Work closely with the payroll controller or manager keeping them up to date of any problems encountered, working together to resolve
- Supporting the running of payroll for a high volume of employees
- Assisting with the administration of other Payroll functions as required
- Answering queries as arising by phone and E-mail
- Assisting with the running of monthly payrolls, in particular keying monthly change
- Calculating adjustments
- Checking calculations
- Liaise with various internal departments
- Reporting
- Producing maternity payment schedule for staff starting maternity leave
- Updating sickness including SSP calculations
- HMRC reporting
