**As a payroll controller, you will be responsible for**:
- Managing a section of the payroll; processing starters and leavers, sickness reports, calculating adjustments, and completing an end-to-end payroll.
- Supervise/oversee the payroll administrators, ensuring workload is up to date and support with training where required.
- Support in the delivery of a high-volume accurate payroll.
- Liaising with the pension team/support on benefits provided by the organisation.
- Creating and sending BACs files.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Previous experience of supervising/managing a team.
- Employee Bureau exposure / HR support.
- Understanding of legislation.
- Strong at running a payroll department / managing a sole payroll.
