**Are you a HR Administrator with experience working in schools** (i.e., DBS-checked)?**
**You will be joining a prestigious school based in West London, working as a HR Administrator / Cover Manager for them **during term-time only (39 weeks per year).**

**Main duties**:

- Providing a comprehensive administrative support to day to day operations of Human Resource support services
- To register and monitor the absence of all staff within the school with a specific focus on managing the process of 'teacher cover’
- To help with **SIMS database entry** (employee files) for absences and attendance of staff
- To manage the administration of the appraisal procedure for support staff (incl. probationary reviews)
- To monitor scheduled absences such as holidays
- To be Pensions Administrator for all staff in the school
- To cover broad administration within the recruitment remit (e.g., pre-employment checks, job posts, liaising with external recruitment agencies)

**Location**:Ealing
**Salary**:£27,000 - £28,000 pro-rated
**Hours**:Full (37.5hrs p/w) or Part-time - term-time only
**Start Date**:ASAP

**Requirements**:

- High level of organisation and time management
- A good, working understanding of SIMs, Word, and Excel
- Ability to draft straightforward correspondence
- Autonomous work ethic
- Great level of effective communication, both written and verbally
- **DBS check**:

- Resilience and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
