Temporary Receptionist - 7.30am - 4.30pm
To provide a welcoming, positive and efficient reception for all who enter and provide support to the Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that the reception area portrays a positive image at all times by:
- Ensure that every phone call is handled in a courteous and professional manner and that all visitors are appropriately attended to
- Ensure reception is covered at all times and kept clean and tidy
- Co-ordinating parking availability, security passes and the booking in of visitors and clients
- General administration: distributing all incoming mail, arrange couriers, ensure stock levels are maintained and raise purchase orders, check and code facilities related invoices before passing to the Facilities Manager
