**Description**
As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls dealing with members that might be looking to leave the business or new customers that have shown an interest in the services.
This is a sales based position however you will be dealing with customers that already have a relationship with the business and require the offerings the company holds.
**Profile**
No experience required but we are looking for the below
Confident communicator over the telephone
Able to build an excellent rapport with customers
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent persuasion skills
