**The Challenge**

We are recruiting a number of 12-month internships in our people and organisation department. The roles on offer are as follows:

- **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Intern (Manchester)**

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) function is responsible for driving the DEI strategy and works with external stakeholders, internal DEI champions and employee networks, as well as many functions across the business to help create a diverse and inclusive organisation at Siemens. You will be specifically responsible for supporting our internal and external communications but will also have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects from across the whole People & Organisation function according to your interest. You must be able to demonstrate a passion for advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, coupled with great communication skills.

**Professional Education & Learning Intern (Manchester or Farnborough)**

This unique opportunity is split across two teams; the Siemens Professional Education team and the Learning and Development team (L&D). This role will involve developing new L&D and Professional Education initiatives to support the personal, professional and leadership skills of our employees and early careers professionals therefore you must be able to demonstrate an interest in learning with a creative approach to problem solving.

**Human Resources Intern (Manchester or Hebburn)**

The People & Organisation (P&O) team are a strategic partner to our businesses, guiding them to succeed with engaged, talented and responsible employees. Our teams specialise in Operational Field HR, Business Partnering, Policy, Reward, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.

This is your chance to learn about the key role that P&O plays in a large blue-chip organisation and contribute to shaping some interesting and varied future developments in our function’s offering to our business.

**What do I need to apply?**
- You have a passion for making a difference, curious, analytical, have strength in managing projects and delivering to deadlines.
- You’re creative and you think beyond the status quo; keen to contribute with new ideas
- You have a passion for people and numbers, and you can work independently on projects.
- You can also work as a team player who is willing to turn their hand to whatever is required of them, and you have (or are willing to develop) the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and liaise with people at all level within Siemens.
- You have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- You are a person who loves to learn and be challenged, and you have the ability to work to deadlines
- Finally, you are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
