At EGGER the Customer Service Assistants strive to exceed the expectations of our customers, taking pride in our products and our brand.
**Your Tasks**
- Deliver a high standard of customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for order and delivery management ensuring accuracy and using defined processes.
- Work across departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Review accounts and work with the customer to progress outstanding invoices.
- Continuously develop skills, product and customer knowledge.
- Work on optimisation projects and highlight and areas for improvement to processes or the customer experience.
**Our Requirements**
- Well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner and customer service ethic.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good standard of secondary education.
- Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products, with experience of SAP desirable, but not essential. Health and Safety aware.
