An opportunity to join us as a valued member of our Customer Services Team. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers. We are looking to add a **Deputy Team Leader** to the team.

**Your Tasks**
- Delivering a high standard of Customer Service and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Deputise and provide cover for the Customer Service Team Supervisor providing guidance and supervision for the team.
- Responsible for order and delivery processing ensuring accuracy whilst using defined processes.
- Work across multiple departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Continuously develop skills, product ,and customer knowledge.
- Work on optimisation projects and highlight and areas for improvement to processes or the customer experience.

**Our Requirements**
- Related work experience prefered, either within a customer service environment or similar supervisory level.
- Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner.
- Able to work Monday to Friday, between 08:30 - 17:30hrs.
